Terminal box
On standard models, the terminal box is mounted on the top at
the DE and is always the next size larger than on the basic mo-
dels of the 1LG motor. The feet are cast on.
The terminal box can also be positioned on the left or right (as
viewed from the DE), but this option is only possible on motors
with bolted-on feet. If the motor is to have bolted-on feet and a
terminal box positioned on top, options
K11
and
J22
must be
selected in the order.
On motors with a brake, the terminal box is fitted at the NDE. The
option
M64
must be specified additionally.
All connecting terminals for the motor and brake including auxi-
liaries are housed in the motor terminal box.

extension.
