Description:
AMTRONIC Bus provides on/off control of pneumatic quarter‐
turn actuators and open/closed position signalling. The unit
attaches directly to an ACTAIR or DYNACTAIR actuator with no
need for a bracket, providing a rugged, compact and integrated
solution. Its integrated directional control valve eliminates the
need for any pneumatic piping between AMTRONIC and the
actuator. The actuating time can be set via the AMTRONIC's air
flow reducer. AMTRONIC can be connected to Profibus DP and
AS‐i field buses. AMTRONIC BUS has been specially developed to
reduce control unit cabling. Connection via field bus enables
both power supply and control information exchange with the
process control system. AMTRONIC BUS can be integrated in
Profibus DP and especially in AS‐i field buses.

Description:
AMTRONIC Ex ia (R1301) is an on/off valve controller suitable for
mounting on ACTAIR/DYNACTAIR pneumatic actuators with
direct compressed air supply, or on any type of quarter‐turn
actuator with a VDI/VDE 3845 interface and linear actuators with
a NAMUR interface. It offers position indication and compressed
air supply, providing a rugged, compact and integrated solution.
Owing to its intrinsically safe design, AMTRONIC Ex ia can be
operated in potentially explosive atmospheres. It complies with
ATEX directive 94/9/EC and is marked to CE 0081 Ex II 1 G. The
unit is certified to EEx ia IIC T6 as per the EN 50014 and EN 50020
standards.

SMARTRONIC MA (R1310) is a digital electro‐pneumatic
positioner powered via the 4‐20 mA signal. It is suitable for
mounting on ACTAIR/DYNACTAIR actuators with direct
compressed air supply, or on any type of quarter‐turn actuator
with VDI/VDE 3845 interface and linear actuators with NAMUR
interface. SMARTRONIC MA reduces investment, commissioning
and operating costs as the unit consumes no air while idle.
