Chiaravalli Group introduces the new “Hygienic” series: a complete line of motors, gearboxes and gearmotors designed to offer the highest level of hygiene, corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning.
Made with materials such as AISI 304/316 stainless steel and aluminum treated with anti-corrosive coatings, the Hygienic range is perfect for use in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and chemical sectors. The cavity-free design, smooth surfaces and IP69K protection allow for simple and effective sanitization, while ensuring a long life even in environments subjected to intensive washing.

The Hygienic series gearboxes and gearmotors have been developed with a fluid design without sharp edges, designed to prevent product accumulation during production processes or in the presence of liquid and dusty substances.
The AISI 304 stainless steel structure with a mirror-polished finish guarantees a hygienic surface, resistant to external agents and easy to sanitize. The input interface is compatible with IEC motors and can be easily adapted thanks to an interchangeable flange and joint system. The elastic joint also helps protect the reducer from stress during starts and stops.
Sul lato uscita, i riduttori sono equipaggiati con alberi cavi metrici in acciaio inox AISI 304, varie opzioni di flange e bracci di reazione. Il sistema di tenuta è potenziato con doppi anelli FKM e un lamierino di protezione, che consente di raggiungere un elevato grado di protezione IP69K.
Grazie a queste caratteristiche, la serie Hygienic è ideale per applicazioni nei settori della trasformazione alimentare (carne, pesce, ortofrutta, latticini, farine e derivati, prodotti da forno, mangimi), dell’industria farmaceutica e chimica, nonché per impieghi nel settore navale, nel packaging alimentare, nell’imbottigliamento e in ambienti con elevata esposizione a sostanze corrosive o condizioni atmosferiche avverse.
